This 1 day course is the first course in the re-certification process to maintain your procurement authority as provided under 11 IAC 117.15(2) Agency direct purchasing-advanced level.  This class is designed to provide you tips, as well as honed tricks to effectively juggle your procurement projects, people, and goals.  This interactive class will walk you through a procurement project from conception to conclusion in a manner that will increase your chances at meeting your agency's needs and expectations.  Procurement Project Management is a specialized skill set that includes coordination, communication, and execution.
